Located at the northeast corner near Naungdawgyi Ceti, this post was donated in 1961 A.D (1323 M.E) led by mother Daw Aye, U Kular Gyi and Daw Hnin Hla and their descendants from Htantabin Township in Insein District. This over 60-year-old brick post is covered with jade plates. The bell tower is not easily visible from the main courtyard as the U Ba Yee Hall and the King Tharyawaddy Bell Hall structures obscure it. It only becomes prominently visible when one reaches near the Naungdawgyi Pagoda. The top features a small ceti, under which is a shrine facing the Naungdawgyi Pagoda, housing a statue of Shin Upagutta. The base has eight niches, each containing five Buddha images.
